I am a seasoned senior executive, coach, and strategist with over 25 years of federal service. From starting as an intern to rising to the Senior Executive Service, I’ve led mission support and operations across the Departments of Defense, Treasury, and Transportation. I’m known for balancing systems thinking with people-centered leadership, and I bring deep experience in workforce planning, executive development, and organizational transformation. I’m passionate about growing leaders, advocating for equity, and creating space for others to thrive.
